Starting from 2020 Thailand grabbed the world’s attention with its youth-led fight for democracy, which has continued stronger than before in 2021 despite COVID-19. IIPDS, in collaboration with ARF and AMAN, with funds from the Taiwan Foundation for Democracy, led a capacity building on Human Rights for Thailand's youth in August 2021. Youth from all over Thailand had the opportunity to hear from human rights activists and campaigners, and, most of all, to share their own thoughts on their role in defending human rights.
This publication, titled From YOUth to You: Thailand Voices for Human Rights, is the result of these thoughts and wants to be a message of hope and encouragement to all youth over the world.
